How long do my Infinity Roses last?


Our Infinity Roses can last anywhere from 1 year all the way up to 3 years. This depends on the conditions in which they are kept. Please read "How do I care for my Infinity Roses" for more information on how to get the most out of your arrangement.




How do I care for my Infinity Roses?


Please note that our roses are a product of nature, and as such some variance in colour, shape, and size is normal. Each Belle and Bloom product is truly one-of-a-kind. Variations will occur in the final appearance. Additionally, just as when roses are purchased at the local flower shop, small tears in the petals are normal. Other minor imperfections and irregularities in each creation are inherent and desirable characteristics of a genuinely unique and handcrafted product. Therefore, cannot be considered as a fault or defect.

  • Do not water them.
  • You should keep them out of humid places or environments. Optimal storing environment: humidity of 40% -70%, temperature 4 ℃ -30 ℃
  • Don’t put them in places where they will be in direct sunlight. Preserved flowers should not be exposed to the sun for prolonged periods.
  • You shouldn’t press, bend or squash the petals or stems. They are delicate and can be damaged easily.
  • If there is any dust on the flowers, simply use a hair dryer (with cold wind), to blow off the dust gently.
  • In case of color being transferred to clothes, simply wipe off with water and mild soap as soon as possible. Do not let the flower to have direct access to cold air-conditioning, nor put it in the freezer. It may cause dryness and fragmentation of petals.
  • Finally, just enjoy the long lasting beauty of your flowers!
Please be advised that Belle and Bloom HK is not liable for the diminished value of the product resulting from the handling or improper care of the product. This includes, but is not limited to, not adhering to the usage and care instructions detailed on our website, or broken glass, or accidental damage. If it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions on our care page then Belle and Bloom HK will NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.




What can I do with my clear box after?


In order to be more environmentally friendly, instead of throwing away your boxes you may use them as storage boxes.




How long does delivery take?


All orders ordered before 3pm will be delivered within 3 working days. All products ordered after 3pm will be delivered within 4 working days. If you have a special delivery date please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate. Please read our Delivery Page for more information.




Can I return my product?


RETURN POLICY ---- All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, Belle and Bloom HK do not accept refunds. We will offer an exchange for goods that were damaged during transit. Minor cracks on rose petals are inevitable. It’s possible to have rose petals fall off if they aren’t handled with care. However, this is very rare and not expected to happen during transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email us within 5 days of receiving the product at belleandbloomhk@gmail.com. In order to offer an exchange, we kindly request that you send digital photograph(s) of the damage to your order, along with your order details (order confirmation number, date of order and your full name and address and contact details). If you would like to exchange the goods that were damaged during transit for a product of the same value, we would be be happy to replace it for you immediately. (Replacement may vary slightly depending on availability). Belle and Bloom HK is under no obligation to provide a refund or replacement for quality issues pertaining to orders after 30 days of receipt.




Will my roses differ from the image shown?


We guarantee that you will receive your arrangement as shown on our website. However, please note that roses can look different due to lighting and angles. We try our best to keep the roses as close to the product photos as possible. Due to the nature and delicacy of our products it is normal to see minor cracks on the petals.




How to care for your Clear Box Roses


Due to the nature and delicacy of our products, we would advise you not to remove the roses from the acrylic box and to keep the lid on at all times. This will ensure your product will stay beautiful for longer. You may remove the roses once they have perished and continue using the box for storage purposes.




Do you ship internationally?


Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally. We do hope we can add on this service in the near future.
